I went to rent a van and I must admit Ashley was awesome. She had me in and out within 15 minutes. However, upon me leaving I told her she was amazing and made everything very easy. She replied " just make sure you bring the car back without any damage and I will be very happy. I feel it was a very unprofessional remark. Also, as I was bringing the vehicle back, my boyfriend parked in front of the car wash and we were approached by a yelling and angry guy saying to move immediately. We didn't realize that he was going to pull a car in to wash it. His name is Jeremy and he washes the cars for the company. We repeatedly apologized as it was pouring raining and he was still being VERY disrespectful. Please stay away from Jeremy because he's like a ticking time bomb.
Cheerfully drove the rental vehicle to the shop where I had my own vehicle getting repaired. I was also given a much bigger car at the same price. There were some incidental charges that I did not understand but were minimal based on how long I rented the car. Fulfilled the purpose.
Thanks for your kindness and service despite the fact that you have to do the right thing with anybody no matter the color of his skin or his position.
Austin picked me up from a shop down the road, where my car was being repaired after an accident. At the counter, we realized that my driver's license had expired last month. They couldn't legally rent to me. Instead of turning me away and leaving me stranded in their parking lot, Austin offered a ride to the nearest DMV to renew my license! Erin, a college intern drive me there and came in with me, waited in line. That whole ordeal took an extra hour, and she did it with a smile. When I came back, the rental process took less than 5 minutes, and I was my way. Thank you to Austin and Erin for amazing customer service!
