Great experience from start to finish- what started as a call to ask why a Honda Fit didn't have any pictures listed ended in me walking out of the dealership with the car. When I showed up, Michael walked up to me and was very accommodating. He drove us to the lot where it was waiting for inspection, let me test drive it, and didn't try to push anything on us. When it came time to finance, Brendan led me through the process with ease and humor. Really enjoyed my experience here. Felt very comfortable and informed. Definitely recommend.
In short, the buying experience was OK. We wish the communication had been better and the whole process a little faster.
Later, we were given a nice loaner car while the accessories were installed. The accessories were installed quickly and look nice. So far the car has running great.
We bought a used Honda here. It was one of the easier car buying experiences we've had. They made a real effort to take care of us. The car I wanted had a deal on it when I stopped to drive it. When that deal fell apart they called right away to set an appointment.
Our recent car purchase experience was OK. We enjoyed working with the sales consultant S. Price. We were a little disappointed that we went to the dealership knowing the car we wanted, yet we spent nearly 5 hours at the dealership to get all the initial paperwork done. We later found out the car was not really available and we needed to restart the whole process. When the car finally arrived, we were initially told that it was *fully* ready, with all accessories installed. However, it had actually *just* arrived and we would need to schedule installing the accessories at a later date. Had we known that, we would have been happy to postpone picking up the care until it was fully ready.
This is by far one of the best dealerships and experiences I've had yet! All staff were professional and very helpful to the end. Phenomenal pricing and they all went out of their way for an excellent experience. A special thank you to Dave Petersen in selling a vehicle to me and his responsiveness to assist me in every way during my purchase. I WILL be driving 3.5hrs to purchase another vehicle from this Dealership!!! A++++
Had a great experience at Morrie’s with a new lease. Highly recommend working with Bruce as your salesperson. Low pressure, knowledgeable, and works to get you what you want. He was fun to work with and that’s not always the experience when you’re buying or leasing a car. This is our second Subaru and we plan to go back to Bruce in the future when we need a new car. I’ll be recommending this dealer and Bruce to anyone I know in the market for a Subaru. If you go on a Saturday they can be busy so don’t be surprised if the paperwork/finance portion takes a bit longer than you’d expect.
