I love the service here. They have the option for online ordering and pick up is free with $100 or more in the order. Who doesn’t spend $100 at the grocery store. Now the in store experience is just as good. I’m one who hates grocery shopping but at Hyvee it was actually pleasant. Well organized, good selection and even food I can eat while there...I enjoyed a peanut butter banana smoothie. They bagged it for me and the store manager was at my checkout lane. Very professional. Get a gas card and you earn cents off gas and it can really add up to savings.
Large store, great options. Offer hot meals at the store and have really too food and a lot of different things to choose from. Would be nice to have one closer to Blaine. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of pricing. Food seems more expensive than other stores
Just came back from there. Sure did not feel like I was treated like a customer should. Cashier made comment about the cost of a plant I purchased for my wife. After her comment, she asked my wife if she still wanted it. Then as I was leaving the checkout lane, I noticed she did not deduct a $3.00 coupon. On my way to Customer Service, I stopped and asked her for the coupons I gave her. She wouldn't give me one of them afraid her drawer would be short. I told her to just give me the God Damn coupon. She looked shocked, so I told her that it was her fault I had to go to Customer Service, not mine.
The Brooklyn Park store is very busy almost all hours of the day, so don't expect to pop in and out in 5-10 minutes. Other than that, the layout is very normal, they have a good number of offerings, and I'm a fan of their gas points. Overall, one of my more acceptable choices for grocery and home goods. Floral shop isn't bad either.
Fantastic selection across the board. Has just about everything you need. We constantly use their online ordering and pickup service. It's a lifesaver with better little kids. Lots of great health food items and dedicated health food sections. The to-go food across the different cuisines is great — sushi, burritos, pizza, salad, smoothie bar...they really have it all. And prices are very reasonable. We ♥️ Hy-Vee!
