Kim, an employee, was so very patient and helpful to me. I wanted a size of cat food bag that they didn't carry, so she tried to order it for me online, but I really needed to use my coupon. She checked the other locations for availability, and even gave me directions to other store.
I love this location. There is a guy named Matt who is very nice but everyone who works there is great. From big dogs to little fiah this is my store.
Brought my new dog Prince there and he’s a Rat terrier. They gave me a coupon book. Not only did I save $60-80 bucks, I got a free bag of dog food. Pet Co is a family business. Anyone who’s comes in there now matter what difference. Everyone gets treated the same, with respect and help. I will go to petco anytime my dog Prince needs anything.
