This place is a joke!!! My dog couldn't eat so they took an x-ray and said there was an obstruction and he needed surgery. After they cut him open they found NOTHING!!!!! They said they read the x-ray wrong and still charged us full price. Totaly bogus. They lie and I wouldn't trust them with any pet!!!
This place is more worried about getting sued than they are about establishing good relationships with new customers. I meant NO disrespect when calling the vet by first name, but, clearly she took offense. Never took any time to greet me, nor any time to explain, clearly didn't even read what I wrote on how I was referred there.. The staff appeared to be uncomfortably nervous like walking on eggshells. Too bad. Not going back there, ever. AT least, she appeared thorough and efficient when giving shots aand swabbing ears to test infection. Found not to be yeast as primary problem as she declared after just looking and smelling.
